About Vysh: We are a radically safe and inclusive online fitness community for any body, regardless of skill level, body size, or financial means. Over the past 6 years, I have seen the results that follow consistency and challenging levels of intensity. I have experienced it myself and have witnessed it through a number of my clients. I have had the honor to work with different people from a variety of backgrounds. We all have different needs and goals, but we all come to fitness to find solutions. My passion is empowering my clients to overcome any obstacle and achieve their goals by finding solutions that work for them.
