I'm passionate about supporting and destigmatizing the way people view and experience neurodivergence. My primary goals as a coach are to empower folks to recognize their intrinsic worth and build systems together to address the rest. I believe that everyone is sovereign and worthy of meaningful support, compassion, and respect.
I have a diverse background in supporting and advocating for children, youth, and families from varied levels of intersecting experiences and systemic marginalization. Should we walk this path together, you can expect to be treated with unconditional acceptance, patience, and understanding.(ethical non-monogamy & polyamorous/polyam relationships welcomed)

Supporting and guiding students has always been a passion of mine. I love witnessing when students start seeing themselves in the way I see them. I love being able to work with students and help them regain control and confidence to achieve their personal, professional, and academic short-term and long-term goals.
Although I am a third-generation teacher on my maternal side of the family, I am also a first-generation graduate student, completing my master's in education on my paternal side. Being a first-generation South Asian Canadian female, I know what it feels like to feel confused about my place and role in certain social settings. However, with over 6 years of peer-mentoring student athletes, 5 years of private tutoring, and 2 years of teaching experience, my goal as an educator is always to make meaningful relationships with students by understanding who they are and where they come from based on their intersectional identity and positionality.
I know what it's like to not be seen or heard and what it feels like to be brushed aside because in certain places my personal, professional, and academic identity was not understood. That is why I believe that making these relationships is vital in order for me to truly help students with their goals, rather than seeing them as just a number.
I aim to always foster culturally responsive and reflective work that can create a safe space to allow students to advocate for themselves and take control of their personal, professional, and academic lives. Some fun facts about me: I was once an athlete myself (specifically, I played rugby and basketball). I am also an extreme foodie and I love cooking new recipes and trying out new restaurants—wherever there is food, I am there!

With a background dedicated to advocating for underprivileged communities, I worked closely with women affected by intimate partner violence, helping them achieve both short- and long-term goals, discover their strengths, and navigate daily challenges with resilience.

As a late-diagnosis autistic ADHDer myself, I recognize that each person’s journey with ADHD and autism is unique, shaped by individual strengths, challenges, and experiences. My personal insights into the neurodivergent experience help me approach your unique experiences with curiosity and a genuine understanding of the importance of finding personalized strategies that honor one’s identity while fostering growth, resilience, and self-compassion.

My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where we can explore what works best for you and build confidence in your unique identity, free from judgment and filled with encouragement. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on this journey.

I am a late-diagnosed AuDHDer and I didn’t have anyone who could help me navigate that journey. I had to do a lot of work to understand what that now meant, how to reflect on my old life, and what I could do to move forward in a way that is more supportive for myself.

Luckily, neurodivergence became a new special interest for me! I am currently studying at Toronto Metropolitan University to obtain a degree in Social Work.

I am just starting my professional coaching journey, but I have worked informally to coach and help newly-diagnosed or suspecting neurodivergents find their way over the last few years. My goal is to use my lived experience to help other late-diagnosed NDs to have a space to feel seen, their struggles validated, and to learn what they need to make life a little easier on them.

My background in higher education, training and development, intercultural communication, and project management has given me years of experience working with students and professionals from all walks of life. As an Autistic ADHDer myself, I understand the classroom and workplace are not always neurodivergent-friendly, and this motivates me to use my creative and pattern-recognition abilities as a catalyst for positive change. I believe that everyone deserves to and can become the fullest version of themselves, and I am here to support and cheer you on along the way.
My special interest is ADHD and autism, so I am always researching and learning more. My core values are authenticity, compassion, and holistic growth, which I weave into my coaching and consulting practices. I believe we are all worthy of belonging, doing meaningful work, and unconditional rest. I am also a first-generation Canadian-born child of immigrants, which has not only impacted how my neurodivergent traits show up but also how I've navigated work and school. I hope to share my experiences and learn from yours as we co-create ways for you to thrive.
Together, let's embark on a journey of discovery, transformation, and empowerment.

With a background in disability advocacy and coordination at a variety of institutions of higher education, I have had the pleasure of connecting with students in various ways. I find my joy in creating safe spaces to break down barriers, question processes, and find creative techniques to support neurodivergent spiciness in a neurotypical world.
I have experience working with high school, university, and non-traditional students with diagnoses of all types. Through my experiences, I have created a curriculum based around learning strategies, executive functioning skills, and student leadership and advocacy. I bring this knowledge and more into coaching through a social justice and strength-based lens.
My goal as a support system is to empower you to take up space, learn to develop your skills, and set and achieve your goals. I look forward to working with you through this piece of your journey!

I’m passionate about supporting each student in their individual path and working with you to develop strategies that help you best get what you want out of education—with particular attention to neurodivergence/disability as it is experienced and lived with. I’ve worked for over a decade with neurodivergent/disabled students as young as 5 and ranging to students in post-secondary school.
I aim to support you in ways that are affirming, inclusive, individualized, and strengths-focused to help you achieve and exceed your goals. My background is as an educator working with disabled students, and my current work as a PhD student is rooted in critical disability studies and intersectionality to think through educational solutions that empower neurodivergent folks, led by students themselves. I would be honored to support you in academic strategies, humanities-related subjects, graduate and/or program applications, and learning technologies.
